HB Rentals Appoints Michelle Morris as Human Resources Generalist

BROUSSARD, La. — Edwin Lutgring, HSEQ, HR Director, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Morris as the HR Generalist. Michelle will guide and manage the overall provision of the Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.

Michelle joins HB from ESS Support Services where she was a Human Resources Generalist in charge of all aspects HR related. Prior to this, Michelle held the position of Gulf of Mexico Recruiter at Halliburton where she was a Certified Talent Selection trainer. In this role, she conducted training for hiring managers and staff on interview process and importance of diversity. Her extensive background in HR makes her equipped to deal with any challenges that arise and provide the proper training to employees, as well as Management, to ensure they are up-to-date with their required training. Michelle has earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts, Sociology/Psychology from the University of Louisiana.

Michelle has a diverse HR background from recruiting, to coaching and counseling, to compliance with companies both large and small across the country.
