HB Rentals Delivers 32 POB Fiberglass Package for a Fixed Platform in the Gulf of Mexico

BROUSSARD, La. — Temporary accommodations specialist HB Rentals has completed the delivery and installation of a Fiberglass module package for a fixed platform in the Gulf of Mexico. This package will support the platform with sleeping quarters, office space, and galley for the next year.

Trailer Delivery

The scope of work called for a temporary modular solution that would provide sleeping quarters that could supply beds for 32 people. In addition to the sleeping quarters, the project required additional office space, galley, and auxiliary equipment necessary for the temporary accommodation modules to run independently from the platform. To accomplish the accommodation module needs, HB provided two Fiberglass 12 Man Sleepers , a Fiberglass 8 Man Sleeper with Office, a Fiberglass Galley/Diner, and a Fiberglass Utility Building.

To enable the modules to run independently from the platform auxiliary equipment was used to provide water, sewer, power, and additional food storage. To supply water to the package two Skidded Potable Water Tanks , a Water Manifolds, and a Pressure Sets were used. For sewer and power, a 1500 gallon Sewage Treatment System with four Sewage Lift Pumps were provided along with two Generators , a Transformer , and a Distribution Rack. To increase the amount of food storage already provided in the Fiberglass Galley/Diner a Reefer (8' x 10') and a Freezer (8' x 10') were supplied as well.

Through the use of HB’s Fiberglass modules and auxiliary equipment HB was able to provide a turnkey solution for the client that will support the project for the next year.
