HB Rentals Delivers Complete Solution for Rig Housing in Lebeau, Louisiana
Houston, TX (Nov. 3, 2016) – Temporary accommodation specialist HB Rentals announced the delivery of a custom solution for rig housing on a drilling site in Lebeau, Louisiana. While typical rig site projects feature either wheeled trailer houses or skid houses, this particular project deployed both types of living quarters.
Delivering on HB Rentals’ history of end-to-end solutions, the Lebeau site called for living quarters supported by a full range of utility and auxiliary services. After mapping out the project scope, HB was able to determine that the appropriate accommodations required were 3 wheel mounted trailer houses, 1 Skid House, and 1 Guard Shack.
HB provided a Sewer Trailer with Port-o-Let, 3 Sewer Holding Tanks, 3 Water Systems, a Trash Dumpster, a Diesel Fuel Tank, and Generator to create a fully functioning temporary accommodation site. Also provided was a top of the line LTE Communications System with Intercoms that would deliver high speed internet and phone service to the personnel on site.
HB Rentals will continue to support the rig site, with route service to deliver water loads and pump and haul services to dispose of sewage on a regular basis. As a standard, HB technicians will perform ongoing preventative maintenance through the utilization of HB’s Courtesy Call service.
“This project is another testament to HB Rentals’ ability to truly understand our client’s needs, therefore allowing to us to create a custom solution that delivers on client requirements,” said Lindsay Herzog, HB Rentals’ Account Manager. “By mapping out customer requirements on the front end, we were able to develop the ideal solution from our extensive fleet.”
“Simplifying logistical issues for the client is a huge advantage when dealing with a one stop shop like HB Rentals,” said David Rowan, HB Rentals’ Service Manager. “There’s a lot of value in offering different housing options, but the ability to simply deal with one partner for housing, utilities and auxiliaries to support the project can lessen the challenge and costs of employing multiple vendors.”
