News for 2011:

We're proud to have once again provided sound for the Modern Drummer Festival. Put on by Modern Drummer Magazine, and filmed for DVD release by Hudson Music, the festival showcases the talents of the world's top percussionists in various genres. Taking place at Montclair State University's Memorial Auditorium, this year featured Horatio Hernandez, Aquiles Priester, Jeff "Tain" Watts, and many others performing and giving master classes.

HB Group brought in an Adamson PA system powered by Lab Gruppen amps, with Yamaha M7CL digital consoles, and Electro-Voice XW-15 monitor wedges, as well as a LOT of mics and stands to cover all of the drum kits.

Bill Dest was lead technician on the job, specifically requested by the client. "The artists, the audience, our sponsors, and stage hands, always have great things to say about Bill."
