"Full Service" means that you tell us, in your own words, about the meeting or event you are planning, and we will guide you through the AV requirements.  "Technical Production" means that we understand technology.  We will assign the appropriate staff and apply the best technology for your event.  "Solutions" means that there are no problems - we'll help you understand what can sink your program and help you avoid it.

We'll suggest different ways to accomplish your goals, making certain that the message you you want to deliver is clear and understood.  We'll takek the time to have our team meet with you to clearly understand your vision in a creatively collaborative environment.

Here is an very brief outline of the HB Group Planning Process:

• Pre-Conference dialog:  Talk about where, when, why, who and how of your event.
• Site Visit: Go to the location with you and work with the venue staff to make certain that you are getting the absolute best service for your budget. We are happy to work with any in-house AV supplier to help mitigate any corkage charges for using outside AV vendors.
• Design: Provide you with floor plans and wiring diagrams.
• Quote: Give you an accurate estimate as soon as we have enough information to work with.
• Pre-show Dialog: Keep in touch with you as your project develops to make certain that there are no surprises.  
• Content Development: Assist with powerpoint development, video creation and thematic elements.
• Event: Your event remains our priority from load-in, setup and taking it all down at the end.
• Post-Event: We want to know what you liked or disliked, and learn from your event how we can improve for your next project.
